Moon Money Hot Sugar

Hot Sugar is the brainchild of New York-based producer Nick Koenig and London's leftfield stronghold Ninja Tune’s newest signing. „Moon Money“ is his debut album and it has Ninja Tune written all over it. The nine tracks are joyously playful and quirky, exploring skippy beat science with odd samples and dreamy synthscapes for charmingly weird and humorous effect. Think Mr. Scruff or Kid Koala. It’s hard to resist a track like the starry-eyed „The Kid Who Drowned At Summer Camp“ or teenage boogie jams like „0-0“ or „Coconut Powder.“ Happy vibes all around.
